Where can I check for measurements?

  • School Store/ Shop page has a link to all the measurements of the school uniforms. 
  • In case of a unique product, the measurements will be mentioned in the product page itself.

How do I place uniform order?

  • Go to www.shopschoolay.com and click on school store at the main menu.
  • Select the school name and enter the passcode shared by the school in the circular.
  • You will be taken to the respective school store where all the details of the uniforms according to the grade are mentioned.
  • Select the uniform, size (size can be checked on the product page as well as at the size guide) and required quantity for your child.
  • Enter the correct delivery address and proceed for the payment.
  • Place your order and wait for the thank you page to note down your order number.
  • Keep your order number handy for any queries in the future.

I have two children and are in the same school. Should I place two orders or one single order?

  • You may place a single order.
  • Kindly mention their Name, Admission Number at the check- out page. 

    Where can I find out about the house color, admission number of my child?

    • Kindly contact your respective school administration to know about your child's admission number and/or house colors.
    My child hasn't been assigned to an Admission number for the new school, and we are unable to check out without entering the number.
    • If you are a new admission to the school, please mention as 'New Admission' at the check-out admission number tab.

      We have shifted our child to this school recently, but we don't know what items need to be bought for new admission?

      • Navigation through the school store is easy as the products mention the Grades at the title.
      • Some school stores are facilitated with a note for new admission and what needs to be ordered
      • Incase you are still having a tough time understanding, please contact school administration.

      We have placed the order and the payment has been debited from our bank, but we did not receive any Order ID. Please help?

      • If the payment is debited and you haven't received the Order ID, we request you to wait for 30 mins for the credit back of the amount.
      • If you haven't been credited, please contact on the customer support number to have the amount refunded back to the source.
      • Once the amount is refunded, you can place a new order again.
      • Please make sure that you wait till you receive an Order ID confirmation on the page.

      When is my order going to be delivered?

      • All school uniform orders are customized & delivered at the mentioned timeline on the circular shared by respective schools.
      • You'll get updates once the order has been dispatched.

      How do I track my shipment?

      • We have 3 shipping partners: Dtdc, Delhivery & Ekart
      • Once your uniform order is packed and ready for dispatch, a tracking number will be sent to your registered phone number via SMS.
      • You can see the respective delivery partner name and google the tracking details website. 
      • Go to mentioned website and enter the tracking number or airway bill number which is shared by courier.
      • You will get to know about the status of the order.

        What is the criteria for an exchange?

        • Parents are required to send a mail to customersupport@schoolay.com with the Order ID, product that needs an exchange and the issue faced.
        • Please mention subject of the email- Re: Exchange for Order ID #
        • An exchange request over a phone call is not valid.
        • Exchanges will be facilitated only within 10 days of the product received, after which exchange is not possible.
        • Exchange will be facilitated in case of product damage on receipt.
        • Exchange will be facilitated if the wrong size or wrong product is dispatched from the ordered size.
        • Please note that exchanges will not be possible post measurements taken by the parent.

        What is the process of an exchange?

        • Once we receive a exchange email, we will raise a request for the pick- up of the exchange goods.
        • The product need to be in the same state of that when delivered with tags and labels intact.
        • The corrected products will be dispatched simultaneously and you will receive the tracking details of the same via SMS notification. Delivery usually takes 2-3 days.
