Delivery & tracking
When is my order going to be delivered?
All school uniform orders are customized & delivered at the mentioned timeline on the circular shared by respective schools.
You'll get updates once the order has been dispatched.

How do I track my shipment?
We have 2 shipping partners: DTDC & ATS
Once your uniform order is packed and ready for dispatch, a tracking number will be sent to your registered phone number via WhatsApp from the courier partner.
Go to track your order on schoolay and enter the tracking number to see dayβwise status.
On the day of delivery you will get an SMS and WhatsApp from the courier partner with the agent details.
β οΈ Do not accept any delivery without giving OTP and if the courier does not deliver the item and says he is at the gate and asks for OTP, do not give the OTP until you see him in person.

Exchanges & returns
- An exchange request over a phone call is not valid.
- Exchanges will be facilitated only within 7Β days of the product received, after which exchange is not possible.
- Exchange will be facilitated in case of product damage on receipt.
- Exchange will be facilitated if the wrong size or wrong product is dispatched from the ordered size.
- Please note that exchanges will not be possible after 7Β days of receiving the product.
What is the process of an exchange?

If it is an online order, then you can place your exchange request via the google form attached. The same shall be executed within 10 days of placing your request.
π« Once you have raised your exchange request, the new product will be given to the respective classrooms.
π¬ If you walk into the physical store then you can get your item exchanged there in person, do not forget to collect your slip for exchange.
