  1.   No Refund Policy
       All sales are final. We follow a strict No Refund Policy.
       In exceptional cases where a refund is considered, a copy of the Transfer Certificate (TC) from the school is mandatory.
  2.   Exchange Policy – 7 Working Days
       Items can be exchanged within 7 working days from the date of purchase.
       Exchange will be accepted only if the product is:

·       Unused

·       Unwashed

·       Undamaged

·       With original tags and bill

  1.   Size & Fit Responsibility
       Customers are advised to check size and fitting at the time of purchase.
       Schoolay Uniforms is not responsible for size issues after use or wash.
  2.   Color / Shrinkage / Wash Care
       No claims will be accepted for color fading, shrinkage, or damage caused due to improper washing or usage.
       Please follow the recommended wash care instructions.
  3.   Seasonal / Non-Returnable Items
       Accessories such as belts, socks, ties, badges, and winter wear items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  4.   Bill Mandatory for All Claims
       Original printed bill must be presented for any exchange request.
       No exchanges will be processed without the original bill.
  5.   Bulk Orders & Custom Stitching
       Custom stitched uniforms or bulk order items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
  6.   Price Policy
       Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  7.   Product Availability
       Delivery timelines and product availability may vary based on school schedules and stock levels.
  8.   Shipping & Delivery (DTDC)
       We are officially tied up with DTDC for all courier deliveries.
       Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking number to monitor the shipment.
       For any delivery-related queries or delays, customers may directly contact DTDC with the tracking details.
